I’m guessing I’m not the only one who had a fabulous summer — and yet somehow, I feel like I might need a vacation from my vacation! And let’s face it, that August eclipse energy was — intense and disorienting.
Have you ever wondered how crystals are formed? They develop inside rock formations, from the exact same building blocks. Temperature, pressure, and chemical components create unique engagement to determine the crystal’s inner state and final shape. The growth is complete when the crystal runs out of space.
We get all energized during summer. We get so excited about having some downtime that we sometimes get carried away. The days are longer, the Sun shines brighter, bringing energetic renewal and the feeling that you must not waste a second of the day or all the opportunities it brings. Which can be extremely renewing, right? And it can also lead you to overbook yourself and end up crispy and burnt out.
