I just returned from Esalen, where I led a workshop teaching others how to identify and communicate with the Spirit Guides they have had beside them since the day they were born into their human form. The workshop sold out — which was exciting! I feel it’s a sure sign that many of us are seeking guidance from beyond what we can see and touch on planet Earth.
This class was such a joy, with so many open-hearted students. A big hug and heartfelt thanks to all who attended, and to my incredible assistants: Karla LaLosh, Justin Michael Williams, and Kate McCullough.
And to you — reading this right now — your high-frequency, seeker’s heart and support lift this community always, in all ways. 💜

Sirens & Prayers
Now, I want to share a story — about sirens and prayers.
Not the mythological Sirens (who, frankly, have some impressive skills). I’m talking about the sirens you hear when someone is in need — police sirens, firetrucks, medics, ambulances.
For 40 years, whenever I hear a siren — any siren — I start praying. I pray for the family, the house they just left, the person in the emergency vehicle, the drivers, the medics, the teams who will meet them in the ER. Whether it’s someone who got arrested or someone in an ambulance, it doesn’t matter. I just start praying.
Why do I do this? What inspired me?
One of my teachers told this story: She had gathered accounts of miracles from across many religions and traditions, and here is one that stopped her in her tracks — a traffic accident and a miracle.
A woman was driving to work when she was struck from behind. Injured and likely unconscious, she found herself floating above her body, observing the scene around her.
From above, she noticed the energy coming from the cars behind her. Most of it was dark and heavy — frustration, impatience, worry about being late. But one car was emitting a beam of pure light.
She went toward it to see what was happening in that vehicle. Inside was a woman sitting quietly, alone, praying for her. A stranger. By herself. Generating this extraordinary healing light that poured out onto the highway.
The injured driver was cognizant enough to note the license plate.
A year later, recovered, she tracked down the woman through that plate number. She showed up at her door with flowers to thank her for saving her life.
That story caught this scholar’s attention. It changed the trajectory of her work.
It caught my heart. And changed the way I respond every time I hear a siren.
And now it’s yours, as we navigate a world full of sirens, breaking news, heartbreak, and things that feel too big to hold.
Sirens are designed to catch your attention.
It is what you do next that directs the energy
you want to be, become, and believe.
Prayer is not owned by any single religion or entity. It is a Divine thread you weave.
Whose miracle will you be?
