June Love Note: A Love Story

Welcome to June, where the Sun rules—shining a light that asks, “What do you see in me?” Last month, I asked you to think about your legacy. This month, I want to share what I’ve learned. Because sometimes the best way to witness the impact you have on others, is to witness the impact others bring to the planet.

A Love Story

Recently, I found myself doing the astrological chart of… my mother’s boyfriend. Yes. Boyfriend. He is 94, she’s 86, and they met at the community living home they share. She is so happy, and he is smitten. To witness their joy is to witness miracles in real time. Their love proves it’s never too late—for anything. Let the Universe surprise you!

So any time you find yourself asking, “Why am I here? How can I possibly start over?”—or even questioning the power of Love—remember: you’ve got to keep on living. You must keep the door open for love. For love is what we are all here to give and receive: love of one another, of our vocation, our hobbies, our spirit, our earth.

If you’ve been struggling to find love in a world that feels so deprived of it these days, remember: you design and fine-tune the lens through which you experience the world. Where you see an absence of love, go toward it and be the love. Bring the Love!

Because each and every one of us is tilling the soil for future generations. We have the free will to consciously choose what matters to us, and through action, words, and heart connections, we build our energetic legacy. At any age, in any phase, you can play—and turn chaos into beauty along the way.

Mercury Retrograde: On June 12, Mercury enters his shadow for the Retrograde that starts on June 29 until he goes direct on July 12, but Mercury isn’t out of his shadow until August 6. So back up your computers, sign your contracts, and confirm your travel plans. This is a long run—take advantage of it to reassess where you’re putting your energy, and what’s coming back to you and what’s not. Recover, recharge, redesign, and regenerate… but don’t regress. You got this.

The rest of the month settles into a softer rhythm, inviting connection, gathering, and celebration—simply for the sake of being together. Take advantage of this reprieve. It’s been too intense for too long—you’ve earned it!
