Today we discuss the energetic cost of telling ourselves false stories. How this practice, which is deeply human, diminishes our power and prevents us from owning our truth. Self-accountability through the stories we tell allows us to break generational patterns and self-sabotaging habits. Today we ask, are you the victim or the hero of your journey?
